These terms and conditions set out the basis on which you may make use of the website www.onlineukpharmacy.co.uk whether as a guest or a registered user.
By using our site, you indicate that you accept these terms and that you agree to abide by them. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use our site.

4. Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Authority (MHRA)
From 1 January 2021, Great Britain-based online sellers of medicines are no longer required to display the EU Distance Selling Logo, also known in the UK as the Distance Selling Logo.
Online UK Pharmacy is based in Great Britain and does not display the Distance Selling Logo.
Nothing in this section affects our obligation to comply with applicable medicines legislation, pharmacy regulation, professional standards, and patient safety requirements.

We may update, amend, suspend or withdraw any part of our website from time to time to reflect changes to our products, services, users’ needs, business priorities, legal requirements, or for any other reason.
7. We may suspend or withdraw our site
We do not guarantee that our website, or any content on it, will always be available or uninterrupted. We may suspend, withdraw or restrict the availability of all or any part of our website for business, operational, legal or regulatory reasons. We will try to give reasonable notice of any suspension or withdrawal where possible.

You should carefully read all product packaging, labels and patient information leaflets before using any medicine or healthcare product.
If you have, or suspect you may have, a medical condition, you should consult your GP, pharmacist or another appropriate healthcare professional. You should consult a healthcare professional before taking any new medicine or product, particularly if you are already under medical care, pregnant, breastfeeding, taking other medicines, or have an existing medical condition.
You must not use our website or services for medical emergencies. In a life-threatening emergency, call 999. For urgent but non-life-threatening medical help, contact NHS 111 or NHS 24 on 111, depending on your location.
10. Payment
Payment for medicines, healthcare products or services must be made through the website using an accepted credit or debit card or another payment method made available at checkout.
Payments are processed securely by Ryft, our payment processing provider. We do not have access to your full card details.
The Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard, known as PCI DSS, is a set of security standards designed to ensure that organisations that process, store or transmit cardholder data maintain a secure environment.
Where card payments are processed through our website, cardholder data is handled securely by Ryft in accordance with applicable payment security requirements.

Online UK Pharmacy uses appropriate technical and organisational measures to help protect information submitted through this website.
We collect and use personal information where necessary to provide our services, including setting up your account, processing consultations, assessing orders, dispensing or arranging the dispensing of medicines, delivery, payment processing, customer support, handling complaints, regulatory compliance and record keeping.
We process personal data in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation, the Data Protection Act 2018, and other applicable data protection legislation.
We only keep your information for as long as necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, including to process your order, provide our services, comply with legal and regulatory obligations, deal with refunds, respond to complaints or feedback, and provide marketing communications where you have consented to receive them.
We may share your personal information with organisations directly involved in providing our services, including prescribers, dispensing pharmacies, delivery providers, payment processors, IT service providers, professional advisers, regulators, or other parties where required by law or regulation.
Where appropriate and with your consent, we may inform your regular GP about medicines prescribed or supplied through our service. If you would like us to do this, you must provide your GP details and consent.
Electronic transmissions are never completely private or secure. You are responsible for ensuring that any computer, tablet, smartphone or other device you use to access your account or patient record is suitably protected.

12. Information about making a purchase
When providing information through our website, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate, current and complete.
You agree to notify us of any changes that may mean the information you have provided is no longer accurate.
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase goods or use services from this website.
We reserve the right to reject or cancel an order where we believe that information provided is inaccurate, incomplete, misleading, or where it would not be clinically appropriate, lawful, safe or suitable to supply the product or service requested.

Images of products on our website are for illustrative purposes only. Although we make reasonable efforts to display colours and packaging accurately, we cannot guarantee that your device’s display will accurately reflect the colour, appearance or packaging of the product.

14. Account
If you create an account on our website, you are responsible for keeping your login details and password confidential.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without authorisation or your login details have been compromised.
15. Delivery
Delivery timescales and delivery charges may vary depending on stock availability, the delivery address, the delivery method selected, and any applicable clinical or regulatory checks.
Estimated delivery timescales and prices are set out on the website. Delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
When placing an order, you confirm that it is safe and appropriate for a package containing medicines to be delivered to the address provided. You must notify us if it is not safe or appropriate for a package to be posted through your letterbox or left at your address, for example because of animals, children, shared access, or any other risk.
We may use Royal Mail or another suitable delivery provider to deliver goods. In some circumstances, a signature or age verification may be required upon delivery.
16. Pricing
All prices on this website are in pounds sterling and include VAT unless expressly stated otherwise.
We take reasonable care to ensure that pricing information on our website is accurate. However, errors may occasionally occur. If we discover an error in the price of a product or service you have ordered, we will contact you as soon as reasonably possible and give you the option of continuing with the order at the correct price or cancelling the order.
If payment has already been taken and the order is cancelled due to a pricing error, we will refund the amount paid.
17. Circumstances beyond the control of the seller
We will not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations where such failure or delay is caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
This may include, but is not limited to, postal delays, courier disruption, supply shortages, system failures, industrial action, severe weather, public health emergencies, regulatory changes, or other events outside our control.
Where necessary, we will contact you as soon as reasonably possible to notify you and arrange a new delivery date or alternative solution.

Due to the nature of medicines and healthcare products, some items may not be suitable for return once dispatched, particularly where safety, hygiene, storage conditions or regulatory requirements apply.

20. Refunds Policy
Where a refund is due, it will usually be processed within 3 to 5 working days. In some cases, it may take up to 14 days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
Refunds for returned items will only be issued where the item is undamaged, unopened, unused, in its original packaging, and any seals remain intact, unless the product is faulty or your statutory rights apply.
A full refund will also be issued where your order is rejected by the prescriber or pharmacist before supply.
21. Complaints Procedure
Online UK Pharmacy aims to provide a high standard of service and patient care. However, we recognise that there may be occasions where you are unhappy with our service.
If you have a complaint, please contact us as soon as possible by emailing info@onlineukpharmacy.co.uk.
We will acknowledge and investigate your complaint and will aim to respond within 72 hours where possible. Some complaints may require longer to investigate, particularly where clinical, regulatory, delivery or third-party information is involved.
Where appropriate, complaints may be escalated to the Superintendent Pharmacist or another responsible person within the organisation.
