Before we start - have you read the Patient Information Leaflet (PIL) for this gel?

The leaflet explains how to use it, who should not use it, and the side effects. Ask us if you do not have a copy.

Who will be using this gel (the intended user)?
Are you - the person placing this order - 18 or over?

You must be 18 or over to buy from us. The gel itself may be for someone else.

Is the intended user 12 years or older?

These gels are generally for ages 12 and over (some are 14+). For younger children, please ask a pharmacist.

What is the intended user's biological sex?

We ask because it affects some safety checks (for example pregnancy).

Has the intended user ever had asthma, wheezing, swelling of the face or lips, a rash or hives, or a runny/blocked nose brought on by aspirin or an anti-inflammatory painkiller (NSAID, such as ibuprofen)?
Does the intended user have asthma?
Is the skin where it will be applied broken, cut, infected, or affected by a rash or eczema?
Is the intended user already taking an anti-inflammatory painkiller (NSAID) or aspirin by mouth?
Is the intended user pregnant, trying to become pregnant, or breastfeeding?
Has the intended user ever had an allergic reaction to any ingredient in this specific gel?
Do you understand to use it on the affected area only, to wash your hands after, to protect the treated skin from strong sunlight (some gels make skin sensitive to the sun), not to cover it with an airtight dressing, and to see a pharmacist or GP if there's no improvement in 7 days or the injury is severe?
