Are you - the person placing this order - 18 or over?

You must be 18 or over to buy from us. The product itself may be for someone else.

Is the intended user 12 years or older?

Corsodyl is generally for ages 12 and over. For younger children, please ask a pharmacist.

Is this for gum problems (such as sore or bleeding gums), mouth ulcers, or to help keep the mouth clean?
Does the intended user have a mouth ulcer or sore that has lasted more than 3 weeks, or a lump or patch in the mouth that will not heal?
Has the intended user ever had an allergic reaction to chlorhexidine?

Chlorhexidine can rarely cause a serious allergic reaction.

Do you understand that it can stain teeth brownish (this brushes/fades away), to leave a short gap after using toothpaste, not to swallow it, to keep it away from the eyes and ears, and to see a dentist or GP if the problem doesn't settle?
