Before we start - have you read the Patient Information Leaflet (PIL) for this cream?

The leaflet explains how to use it, who should not use it, and the side effects. Ask us if you do not have a copy.

Who will be using this cream (the intended user)?
Are you - the person placing this order - 18 or over?

You must be 18 or over to buy from us. The cream itself may be for someone else.

Is the intended user 10 years of age or older?

This cream must not be used on children under 10 without a doctor's advice.

What is the intended user's biological sex?

We ask because it affects some safety checks (for example pregnancy).

Where will the cream be used? Is it for the FACE, around the EYES, or on the GENITAL or bottom (anal) area?

Steroid creams must not be used on these areas without a doctor's advice.

Is this for a flare-up of eczema or dermatitis, or an itchy, inflamed skin rash (for example from an insect bite or an allergic reaction)?
Could the skin problem be any of these: broken or weeping skin, an infection (pus, spreading redness), a cold sore, acne, athlete's foot, or another fungal or infected rash?

Steroid creams can make infections and these conditions worse.

Has the intended user ever had an allergic reaction to this cream or any of its ingredients?
Is the intended user pregnant, trying to become pregnant, or breastfeeding?
Do you understand to apply a thin layer as directed, to use it for no longer than 7 days (unless a doctor says otherwise), not to use it on the face/eyes/genital area, and to see a pharmacist or GP if the skin is not better in 7 days or gets worse?
