Before we start - have you read the Patient Information Leaflet (PIL) for this cream?

The leaflet explains how to use it, who should not use it, and the side effects. Ask us if you do not have a copy.

Who will be using this cream (the intended user)?
Are you - the person placing this order - 18 or over?

You must be 18 or over to buy from us. The cream itself may be for someone else.

Is the intended user 12 years or older?

Some antifungal creams (such as terbinafine) are for ages 16 and over. For younger children, please ask a pharmacist.

What is the intended user's biological sex?

We ask because it affects some safety checks (for example pregnancy).

What are you using this cream for?

Choose the closest match. If it isn't here, or you're unsure, pick the last option.

Has this been treated with an antifungal before without clearing, has it lasted a long time, or does it keep coming back?
Is the skin broken, weeping, badly inflamed, or showing signs of a bacterial infection (pus, spreading redness, or a fever)?
Does the intended user have diabetes or a weakened immune system?
Has the intended user ever had an allergic reaction to this antifungal or any ingredient in the cream?
Is the intended user pregnant, trying to become pregnant, or breastfeeding?
Do you understand to use it as directed, to keep using it for the full course (often a week or two after the skin looks better), to keep the area clean and dry, and to see a pharmacist or GP if it isn't better in 2-4 weeks?
