Before we start - have you read the Patient Information Leaflet (PIL) for these drops?

The leaflet explains how to use them, who should not use them, and the side effects. Ask us if you do not have a copy.

Who will be using these drops (the intended user)?
Are you - the person placing this order - 18 or over?

You must be 18 or over to buy from us. The drops themselves may be for someone else.

Is the intended user 2 years or older?

Eye problems in babies should be checked by a doctor, and some drops are not for very young children.

What is the intended user's biological sex?

We ask because it affects some safety checks (for example pregnancy).

What are the drops for?

Choose the closest match. If it isn't here, or you're unsure, pick the last option.

Does the intended user have glaucoma (raised pressure in the eye)?
Does the intended user have any of these: pain in the eye, changes to their vision, sensitivity to light, a recent eye injury or something stuck in the eye, recent eye surgery, or one eye much worse than the other?
Does the intended user wear contact lenses?
Is the intended user pregnant, trying to become pregnant, or breastfeeding?
Has the intended user ever had an allergic reaction to these drops or to preservatives in eye drops?
Do you understand to use them as directed, and to see a pharmacist, GP, or optician if symptoms don't improve within a few days, or sooner if they get worse?
