Before we start - have you read the Patient Information Leaflet (PIL) for these drops?

The leaflet explains how to use the drops, who should not use them, and the side effects. Ask us if you do not have a copy.

Who will be using these drops (the intended user)?
Are you - the person placing this order - 18 or over?

You must be 18 or over to buy from us. The drops themselves may be for someone else.

Is the intended user 6 years or older?

These drops are generally for adults and children aged 6 and over. For younger children, please ask a pharmacist.

What is the intended user's biological sex?

We ask because it affects some safety checks (for example pregnancy).

Does the intended user have any of these: pain in the eye, changes to their vision, sensitivity to light, a recent injury to the eye, or one eye much worse than the other?
Are the symptoms typical of an eye allergy - itchy, red, watery or gritty eyes, often alongside hay fever?

These drops treat allergy. They do not treat eye infections.

Does the intended user wear contact lenses?
Has the intended user ever had an allergic reaction to sodium cromoglicate or to preservatives in eye drops?
Is the intended user pregnant, trying to become pregnant, or breastfeeding?
Do you understand to stop and see a doctor or optician if the symptoms are not better within a few days, the eye becomes painful, or vision is affected?
